Most in-stock merchandise is shipped promptly and delivered within 10 business days (except for special orders). Seasonal demand for certain products may affect stock levels, so please plan accordingly. Because shipments may originate from several locations nationwide, your entire order may not arrive on the same day. Express delivery is only available on certain items, but we will make every effort to satisfy your delivery requests.
Allow up to 10 business days to receive your merchandise (custom orders may take longer). Because we ship from a number of regional warehouses and at times, directly from manufacturers, we are unable to provide tracking information. If you have placed an order and find that you have a time constraint, please contact us and we will do our best to expedite your delivery (Additional expedited shipping charges may apply). A handling fee of $1.75 in included in each order. Our shipping scale is as follows:

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 10 days on regular merchandise, provided the item is undamaged and in its original packaging. You will be refunded for the full purchase price less the shipping cost by check or money order. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made merchandise unless it is defective or was damaged in transit. If it was damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier.
If you have a product you wish to return, please complete the form below and we will contact you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please do not return an item without completing this form. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund/exchange to be processed.
Problem Orders
If you received the wrong product or model, an item is missing or there are other problems with your order, contact us via e-mail at info@gigglebugboutique.com to begin the process.
Refused Shipment
Customers shall be charged all shipping charges and a 15% handling fee for all refused shipments except where damage or fraud is involved.
Canceling an Order
Orders are processed within twenty-four hours and shipped as soon as they are received. In most cases your order cannot be canceled. When you receive your item, use our return procedure to return the order. Sorry, all shipping fees and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.
Secure Shopping
All online transactions at Giggle Bug Boutique are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption through Yahoo! secure servers. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form to a secure server at Yahoo! where it is then decoded. For added security, the credit card number is also encrypted when it is stored on the Yahoo! server, and when it is forwarded from Yahoo! to us. We store your credit card information for 30 days on our private, secure server. After 30 days, your credit card information is erased from our server.
The Giggle Bug Boutique website is hosted on the Yahoo!Store platform. We have chosen Yahoo! as our host as we believe that Yahoo! offers the highest level of privacy and security for online shoppers.
Payment Methods
Gigglebugboutique.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express credit cards payable in U.S. funds, and PayPal. Credit card payments will be charged when the merchandise is ordered. We do not accept COD orders.
Sales Tax
We are not required to collect sales and use tax on deliveries throughout the U.S., except in the state of Kansas.
